The Writings of Transcendence...
The Divine Comedy
I read Dante's Inferno during my last year of university. I did
mean to read the other two books in the
Divine Comedy, but so far
haven't got round to it. I'll update the pages as and when I read the
rest.

The Divine Comedy - Dante Alighieri

Inferno

Canticle I

"In the midway of this our mortal life,
I found me in a gloomy wood, astray." (1-2)

“and I, thy guide,
Will lead thee hence through an eternal space,
Where thou shalt hear despairing shrieks, and see
Spirits of old tormented, who invoke
A second death;” (110-114)
